Therapy with Bethany
It is imperative to form a therapeutic relationship and create a safe space for individuals to explore, examine, and uncover new ways to look at self, relationships, and life. Through self reflection and examination, one can develop new coping skills, form new behaviors, gain insight and perspective, and through this process can become more self confident, self aware, and establish a deeper connection with self and others. I am passionate about treating clients of all ages – adolescents, children and adults. Through counseling, we can join together to work toward self actualized goals.
