Therapy with Dr. Armitage

Pronouns: He/him/his

Often we find stressors impacting us in negative ways, as well as finding an imbalance between life and work. My passion is to assist young adults and adults with their mental health concerns, life events, and relationships. I work to validate and normalize your experiences through an interpersonal and social constructivist lens. I draw from Gestalt, cognitive, and emotion-focused counseling theories. The emphasis on our time together is cultivating a strong working relationship. I will work to provide you an experience that feels safe, where you become open to discussing your concerns.

Dr. Armitage works at our East Ann Arbor Location.
