Therapy with Hannah
My goal as a counselor is to work with you to help learn more about yourself and how to manage your mental health better overall. My counseling perspective is a multitude of different approaches, but I favor humanistic and person-centered methods when working with clients. However, each individual is different, and I take that into account with any theoretical approach. I wish to help my clients gain understanding and awareness along with providing a safe space to work on their personal goals. I am driven by my interest in helping others to be able to live healthy, empowered lives.
