Therapy with Krystol

My goal as a counselor is to work with you to reach greater awareness of yourself and learn to balance life’s challenges. I aim to approach counseling from a holistic perspective, meeting you where you are, understanding that you are the expert of your own life, and helping you realize and work toward personal goals in living a fulfilled life. I am passionate about helping others feel supported and empowered in overcoming the fears and obstacles that keep them from living with confidence and authenticity. While my work with each individual is unique to their specific needs, I consistently use person-centered and psychodynamic theoretical frameworks as well as evidence-based treatment approaches.
