Therapy with Miles
Have you ever felt stuck in the same cycle over and over, no matter how hard you try to break away? Trauma, anxiety, depression, and questions about one’s identity can all make it seem impossible to thrive. No matter what you or your child have experienced, there is hope! Together, we can explore how past patterns may be holding you or your child back from achieving your highest potential. I promote a strength-based approach while encouraging my clients to explore, discover, and become all they can be while truly thriving. I have over eight years of experience working with children and families, specializing in trauma, anxiety, LGBTQ+ issues, relationships, and play therapy. As you or your child embark on the journey of healing, I look forward to the opportunity to partner with you in discovering your highest potential.
