Therapy with Miles

Everyday we are introduced to challenges both internal and external and finding the courage to overcome can be overwhelming. Trauma, anxiety, depression, and questions about one’s identity can all make it seem impossible to thrive. However, I believe that no matter what the ego says, there is hope. With a BA in Psychology and MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling both from Spring Arbor University, I have been equipped with the skills necessary to help my clients discover hope. Using a humanistic model, I promote a strength-based approach while encouraging my clients to explore, discover, and become all they can be within their greatest potential.
