Therapy with Olga
Psychotherapy is a true passion of mine. I love working with people and helping them find ways to connect with themselves and the world around them in a more meaningful and balanced way. I believe that when we allow ourselves to go deep within and explore all parts of who we truly are, it is then that we can experience a genuine sense of freedom and empowerment to become who we want to be. Therapy is a journey to self-discovery and self-empowerment, yet it is a very intricate and delicate process that requires collaborative effort from both the counselor and the client. In my work, I integrate a variety of therapeutic approaches and techniques based on the needs and preferences of my clients. My goal as a counselor is to help my clients identify their strengths and areas for growth so they can learn to manage all aspects of their lives in a way that brings them joy and satisfaction.
Olga works at our East Ann Arbor location.
