Therapy with Sara
As a counselor, I strive to provide a warm, open, and laid-back atmosphere where my clients feel comfortable and safe. My primary approach to therapy is person-centered, in which I hope to help clients feel understood, validated, and accepted, as well as gain insight and self-awareness. I also draw from cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness, acceptance, interpersonal, and emotion-focused techniques. I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is one of the most important aspects of a successful therapeutic experience. I am honored and humbled to support you on your journey, and I commend you for taking this important and courageous step towards achieving peace and happiness!
Sara works at our East Ann Arbor Location.
