What are the benefits of group therapy?
College is a complex season of life. It is a time that can be challenging, exciting, terrifying, formative, and worldview-changing. It’s a time where relationships begin and sometimes end. It’s common for many to experience new and intense feelings of anxiety during college. Whether it’s anxiety due to relationships, tests, course load, or any other reason, group therapy is a safe place where you can share in this with others and learn to cope better.
How do I register?
