My goal as a counselor is to create a compassionate, safe space to help you achieve greater self-understanding. I offer an integrative approach to therapy for individuals navigating grief and loss, life transitions, relationship challenges, sexuality, anxiety, depression, trauma, and aging concerns. We will work together to explore who you are, how your past impacts your present, and how your environment affects your well-being. We will also explore therapeutic tools that support healing and help you deepen your self-understanding so you can build a more authentic and fulfilling life. I have a warm, genuine presence, and look forward to walking beside you on your life's journey.

About Meredith Hartmann

I am a limited licensed professional counselor. I have a robust background in grief and loss, and extensive experience working with adults and older adults from all walks of life. I also work with diverse individuals on a wide range of conditions and issues like anxiety, depressed mood, sexuality, LGBTQIA+ issues, life transitions, relationship dynamics, complex trauma, and others. I employ an integrative, client-led approach that incorporates psychodynamic psychotherapy, solution-focused, attachment, somatic, and cognitive behavioral frameworks. My goal is to create a safe, welcoming space to collaborate on your most important goals. Previously, I practiced as a grief counselor through Arbor Hospice.
