Pronouns: she/her/hers

My goal as a counselor is to help you incorporate mindfulness and bring awareness to your wellbeing. I use a person-centered approach while incorporating mindfulness to better understand the whole person and to foster a sense of self-compassion and self-awareness. I believe in meeting clients where they are and using individualized techniques to best meet their needs. I am passionate about using self-care and mindfulness techniques to help clients feel in control of their life and their needs when facing stressful situations, anxiety, and life transitions.

Katie works at our West Ann Arbor Location.
