PRONOUNS: SHE/HER/HERS

Welcome! Seeking support is a sign of strength. As a clinician, my goal is to create a safe and open space in which you feel heard and valued. I am a collaborative counselor, and through our partnership, you’ll have opportunities to explore the many thoughts, feelings and experiences that led you to this place in your life. Together, I will help you strengthen, expand and practice coping skills because our confidence and inner strength often lies within our responses to challenging circumstances. Together, we will set goals and work towards outcomes that are meaningful to you. I utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques, and I specialize in working with youth (ages 8-18), young adults, and families. Whether you are experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, life transitions, low self-esteem, trauma, or grief and loss, I am here to help you and support you.
