PRONOUNS: SHE/HER/HERS

Life can be visualized as a river. We are all flowing down its course, bobbing one way or another. There are rough patches, and stretches of beauty. And while we don’t always know or control where it will take us, we do have the power to direct ourselves along it. As a therapist, it is my duty, passion, and goal to help guide you forwards - not by steering, directing, or towing - but by helping you learn how to use your oar. I utilize my training in a number of techniques, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and psychodynamic therapy, in order to help each client work through difficult life obstacles, such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and grief. My goals are your goals, and I work with my clients in a manner that balances individualization with evidence-based interventions to achieve those goals.
