Counseling with Niko Kesson, Counseling Intern

PRONOUNS: HE/HIM/HIS

My aim is to create a space where you feel safe enough to process difficult experiences and emotions, and to help you realize your strengths and develop your self trust. By building insight into your values and core beliefs, you will be able to make different choices to create a better life for yourself. Together, we will help you build skills that will lead to meaningful change.

I believe that counseling is collaborative. We will work together to form goals that make sense for you, and I welcome any feedback as we form this relationship and move towards those goals.
