Counseling with Rachael Hynds, Counseling Intern

PRONOUNS: SHE/HER/HERS

Hello! I am passionate about creating a safe and welcoming space for you to explore and share your experiences. My wish for you is for you to feel safe and comfortable being your true self, both in and out of therapy. I believe that therapy is a collaborative experience where you get a say in how we work together and what you want to get out of sessions with me. I hope you can use this space to build on your strengths, be yourself, and feel empowered to overcome your struggles.
