Counseling with Valerie Paige, LLPC

PRONOUNS: SHE/HER

I believe in meeting people where they are and helping them decide where they want to go. I think each of us has the capacity to overcome challenges and make positive changes if we give ourselves the time, space, and support for personal growth. In times of uncertainty, loss, or just in our day-to-day struggles, it is easy to lose sight of who we are and what we want out of life.

It is my goal to help my clients get back in touch with themselves, to challenge thoughts of unworthiness and self-doubt, and to gain a sense of purpose, regardless of life circumstances. When we view ourselves as worthy, purposeful people, we are better equipped to handle life’s challenges.
